THE STUDIO
Swank! is a boutique communications and culture studio working at the intersection of fashion, entertainment, art, and the communities shaping what's next. We partner with brands that move culture, not by chasing trends, but by creating moments people want to be part of.
We're a small team by design. That means you'll work closely with our founders, contribute to meaningful client work from day one, and have the space to take ownership, share ideas, and grow alongside the agency.
HOW WE WORK
We're hybrid, splitting our time between our New York workspace and remote. We believe the best ideas happen when we're together, but we also value flexibility and trust our team to work where they do their best thinking.
We value curiosity, good taste, thoughtful execution, and people who aren't afraid to challenge the expected. We move quickly, care deeply about the details, and believe the best work comes from collaboration, not hierarchy.
